HOW CAN I BOOK A GAME?
We are open 7 days a week. We currently only accept online reservations booked 90 minutes in advance. Please check availability and reserve your game. Click Here
HOW LONG BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time in order to fill-out waivers and listen to our tips and safety speech. Late arrivals will be admitted, but your 60 minute window cannot be extended so you will have less game time.
No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or no-shows.
WILL WE REALLY BE LOCKED IN A ROOM?
The door you enter from acts as both an entrance and an emergency exit and is never locked. However, if you must leave through this exit, the game will immediately end for that person or persons.
IS IT SCARY LIKE THE HAUNTED HOUSE?
Although rooms are themed, we wouldn’t classify them as scary. There are no actors or scares like in the Haunted House.
HOW MUCH DOES AN ESCAPE GAME COST?
Each game costs $28 per person, plus tax.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF ADULTS THAT CAN PLAY?
The minimum number of players is FOUR (4). If you booked LESS than four (4) players, you will need ADDITIONAL people to book the same time slot with you or you will need to book a time slot containing other players to equal a MINIMUM of four (4) players in order for the game to be valid. It is possible that your party will be grouped with other players until the maximum of eight (8) players is reached. Although unlikely, it MAY include players that have already played the game before. To avoid this situation, we recommend booking all eight (8) spots for your group.
CAN I BOOK AN ENTIRE ROOM?
Each escape room holds 8 people. If you want the ENTIRE room for your group only, you must book all eight (8) spots, however, a MINIMUM of four (4) people MUST play in order for the game to be valid.
I MADE A RESERVATION, BUT I CAN’T MAKE IT, WHAT DO I DO?
We understand that things can come up. If you can’t make a reservation please notify us within 24 hours prior to the reservation for a full refund. If the number of people change that’s not a problem. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled game. For Corporate/Team Building/Private Parties, 72 hours’ notice is required to make any changes or cancel for a refund.

ARE WALK-IN’S ALLOWED?

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
If ANYONE in your group is between the ages of 13 and 17 years old, an adult (18+) MUST BOOK ALONG WITH THE MINOR and must accompany the minor INSIDE the game during game play. If your party books the entire game (all 8 slots), minors will be allowed to play the game alone as long as an adult is present in the lobby during the entire game.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
WHERE DO WE PARK?
Please park in the parking lot across from the Georgetown Morgue haunted house. Street parking is also available.
I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION, IS IT SAFE FOR ME TO PLAY?
Some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pace-maker, severe heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, are pregnant, or have a physical disability which makes standing, crawling, or climbing difficult we may politely ask you to not participate. Remember, our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refund will be provided for cancellations made Less than 24 HOURS in advance, or in case of no-shows or late arrivals.
To receive a full refund, you must contact us 24 hours or more in advance and cancel your booking.
